"I'm still in Awe of my new tub/shower conversion that was completed last night.. C Michael Exteriors went above and beyond when it comes to customer service from office workers to installers. A HUGE SHOUT OUT to Mason and Kyle who were the installers. I have never in my day met two caring, polite young men. Mason is a perfectionist!!! Kyle I think uses rollerblades and works just as hard. Mason always said please and thank you to Kyle when asking him for something. Who does that in this day and age? They started 9AM on Monday and finished last night at 8pm. "The salesman arrived close to appointment time and was informative and answered our questions concisely. We had an installation date a couple of days after delivery of windows. The installer Dennis was able to put both picture windows in a surprisingly short time all by himself, and I was impressed. He was very efficient and had an accurate way of installing these windows. I would suggest if anybody who has Dennis installing the windows stay out of his way because he does did not stop moving the entire time. I also had one exterior door and an exterior storm door, plus a storm door to my garage installed which Dennis was able to do a couple of days later. If I were to have any other projects to do on our house, I would definitely ask if Dennis is available for the project. Having C.Michael Exteriors on a prior project and this current project just completed, I am very satisfied with the Customer service I received from all of the employees I came in contact with.
