Official Rules: C. Michael Exteriors, Home Makeover Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES ("Sweepstakes"). Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes your acceptance of these Official Rules.

Eligibility:

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of New York State who live within a sixty (60) mile radius of C. Michael Exteriors, Inc., who are at least 18 years of age, and who own the home where the prize installation will take place. Void outside of New York State and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation. Employees of C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. are not eligible. Proof of residency and home ownership may be required. One entry per person. Multiple entries received from any person will be void.

Duration:

The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00:00 A.M. Eastern Time on March 14, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. Eastern Time on December 31, 2025. Entries received before or after the promotion period will be disqualified. The winner will be chosen on or around February 1, 2026.

How to Enter:

There are multiple ways to enter, but only one entry per address. All required information must be entered to be eligible. No purchase necessary to win.

Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A purchase will not increase the chance of winning.

Winner Notification:

A winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by a phone call. An appointment will be set up for C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. to meet in-home with homeowner(s) to select eligible C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. products and services. If a potential winner cannot be reached within seventy-two (72) hours after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, up to three alternate winners may be selected in sequence. If no winner claims the prize after three alternate selections, the prize may be forfeited.

Prize & Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"):

The Sweepstakes prize has an ARV of $4,995.00. If the winner desires a project exceeding this value, a discount of $4,995 will be applied to the total project cost. All expenses above and beyond the $4,995 will be paid by the winner. The prize installation will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time between the Sponsor and the winner.

General Conditions:

Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Restrictions:

Any and all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, not otherwise specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including, without limitation, income and withholding taxes). The winner may be issued a 1099 tax form if required by law and is responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes.

Except where otherwise expressly noted in these Official Rules, the selection of all vendors, prizes, products, and services is subject to the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prizes (or any portion thereof) are nontransferable and non-exchangeable. No refunds or credits for changes are allowed. Cash redemption of any prize is not permitted except that Sponsor retains the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value (or at Sponsor's election, the cash value of the applicable prize).

Use of Data:

Sponsor will collect personal data about participants (including, but not limited to, name, phone number, and email address) when they enter the Sweepstakes. Entry in the Sweepstakes may result in participants being added to Sponsor mailing lists and receiving information from Sponsor, including, but not limited to, emails, phone calls, and e-newsletters. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in emails or by contacting the Sponsor directly.

Releases:

By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to Sponsor’s use of photographs taken of the participant and/or the remodeled project (before and after) for publishing both online and offline for direct marketing purposes without any additional compensation. By entering, participants release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, C. Michael Exteriors, Inc., from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, and/or misuse of any prize.

Force Majeure Clause:

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Sweepstakes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or regulatory changes.
