We love our new vinyl windows!

Frank and I are so happy with the new windows we had installed by C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. From our first meeting of company representatives at the Home Show at Mohawk Valley Community College, Saturday, March 9, 2019 until the installation was complete, the experience was so positive! We purchased a new home and decided to replace the windows because the windows had not been replaced during the lifetime of the house. They were drafty, creaky and chipped. They had deteriorated so much that that they were not energy-efficient anymore. Our in-home meeting with C. Michael Exterior’s sales representative was the start of our journey with this company. The sales representative provided options for vinyl window replacement as well as bringing samples for color and style for so we could envision a new look to our home. We were able to customize the vinyl window replacements to complement the style of our home. They did not waste our time and within a couple of weeks, C. Michael Exteriors, Inc., had sent the contractor out to measure our windows, provide an overview of the installation process and got us on their schedule. They were proactive in giving us the big picture and answered all our questions. C. Michael Exteriors, Inc., had everything done by June 1st!
