True Customer Service and Professionalism

We shopped around and decided to go with C. Micheals Exteriors because of the professionalism and friendliness of the sales person and phone support. We had a new roof and siding installed. The crew work well and the roof and siding turned out wonderful. However, the window trim was not done to my expectations. The crew was attempting to rewrap the windows and ran out of material. I had waited approximately 1 month and called to get the status as to when they could finish. They informed me that the crew that had worked on my house was no longer employed with them. This is when the true customer service and professionalism showed. The gentlemen they sent down was Mason. He looked at what he needed to finish and took a few pictures of the previous work and said he would be back the following week to finish the trim. He was not impressed with the quality of the work completed. When he came back he redid the trim on all of the windows and it looks so much nicer. Mason went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed to my expectation and C Michael's quality standards.
