Unbelievably happy and impressed

My name is Lesley Slade. My husband and I had some windows installed mid-September. I have been intending to send a note about how unbelievably happy and impressed we both are by both the quality of the windows, and also the professionalism and expertise of everyone we have dealt with at every step of the process. When Doug contacted us, we hadn't been planning on replacing our windows this year. He did us a huge favor by getting in touch! He was amazingly helpful, showing us multiple options and explaining to us the benefits and drawbacks to each. Once we made a decision, the whole process was taken care of quickly and painlessly. On installation day, the windows were delivered extremely early in the morning, we in advance of the crew arriving which meant no delays. Everyone who arrived at our house was considerate and professional, leaving absolutely no mess behind ad getting all of the work done dramatically faster than we had expected! They were even wonderful to our somewhat disruptive dog! We couldn't be happier with C. Michael Exteriors, Inc., and with our new windows. We will not only be approaching this company with any other work we may need done, but will also enthusiastically recommend them to others.
