Excellent work
In early August, Patrick (salesman) came out to talk with us regarding new siding, gutters and 2 windows on our 1954 home. He was very good with his explanations and any questions we had. He told us it would be 8 - 10 weeks before the delivery of materials and the project would be completed in 5 - 7 days. The materials arrived around Sept. 7th but we had no knowledge they were being delivered until Mason called to say it would be delayed by a day. We told him that was the first we had heard of the delivery. Then we had to call a couple of times to find out when the project would be started. I will also add we had to call several times to get a copy of our signed contract. They started the next Monday and only Mason and 1 other person was here on the job. Mason was wonderful to work with, very well at communicating with us every step of the project. They were pulling him off our project to complete other window projects and deliveries during the project and the project was just completed on Sept. 29th, except for the gutters - we are still waiting for them. Communication is not strong with this company and planning out work projects with their crews. Mason and the siding crew (when they were here) did excellent work and we are very happy with the finished siding and windows. But they definitely were not done in 5 - 7 days as stated in the contract. We would recommend them for their work quality, not communication or project management.
Best Bathroom Remodel Experience Ever!
The Team Approach offered by C. Michael Exteriors is second to none and provided my husband and I with the confidence that our bathroom remodel would be done professionally and completed in one day. From Dana our sales person who came to our home for an initial site visit, to Chauncy who came to review all the measurements before placing the order for our new walk-in shower and Toto toilet, to our installation team of Darren, Joe and Will, the entire process was easy, seamless and highly professional. They delivered and did everything they said they would do and more. When Darren, Joe and Will arrived at our home yesterday at 8:30 a.m. they went right to work, taking care to remove paintings, cover hardwood floors and protect the original sink and vanity before they began the demolition of our tub/shower combination and toilet. Darren told me that the three of them would treat our home as if it were their own and they certainly did! The three of them are the most cheerful, pleasant, polite, courteous, experienced and knowledgeable installers we have ever worked with, and it was a pleasure having them in our home yesterday. Darren even made a couple of suggestions to the space we hadn't thought of and he was 100% right. We are grateful for his genuine interest in our home. They left the bathroom spotless and sparkling and looking like a million bucks. We highly recommend the C. Michael Exterior Team!
Best work ever
Our siding work is beautiful. Adrian and his team were exceptional and worked with me every step of the way. They provided great advice. Quality of work is outstanding. Adrian and his team were here every day and on time. Clean-up was also excellent. I am extremely happy with the final work.

Don and AJ were GREAT!! They were professional, precise and answered all of our questions in a way that lets you know they are experienced. You can tell that Don has done thousands of bathrooms because he is an expert! I had scheduled 4 companies to come to the house to get estimates. CMichael was the first...and last. Magnificent
I am giving Darren, Joey and Will a 5 Star Rating. I am over the moon with the job they did replacing my 1979 bathtub/shower into a beautiful new acrylic system. They were professional, courteous, went above and beyond, the clean-up and their concern for protecting my floors and fragile items was really impressive. Again, I am so excited about my new shower system and would highly recommend C. Michael Exteriors, Inc.!!!!!
Top notch experience
Our experience with C. Michael Exterior's installation of our new shower and bathroom flooring was extraordinary from start to finish. We picked C. Michael because of the quality of materials we were shown and the lifetime guarantee. Daren called us multiple times prior to installation to update us on order and expected install date. He and his crew arrived promptly on the install date, set up a work table in the driveway, laid down cloths to cover our carpeting on the path to the upstairs bathroom location, and proceeded to work, taking care to minimize any disruption. Daren checked in periodically during the day. They had to address an area where black mold had set in after water damage, and replace some door frame areas and bottom moldings in the bathroom. We also had to change location of grab bar in shower because of pocket door behind it. We were respectfully consulted and reached agreement on how to handle each repair. Work progressed rapidly and the shower installation was complete in one day. And it is beautiful! Daren returned the next day to lay the luxury vinyl tile we had purchased, and again did a beautiful job. I have waited several weeks to experience use of the shower and make sure of my review: I could not be more satisfied! Beautiful job Daren and crew, and C. Michael!

Fantastic
First of all, we met with a salesman in Mid-March who gave us a very fair estimate. He showed us various types of siding as well as color choices. We then agreed to have the service done by C Michael. He told us that the job would be about 10 weeks out, which was fine. Three weeks later the call me to ask if they could start the job on the following Monday (about 7 weeks sooner than expected), so that was great! They started working as soon as they arrived and were very professional. I had no complaints from neighbors about vulgar language or loud music (the kind of stuff you usually hear about work crews). They told us the job would take about 2 weeks but, they were done in 9 days (which was including the weekend when the do not work). The crew’s foreman was Tim and he gave us his phone number and said that we could call or text him if we had any questions. He also asked us about certain things like our rain gutters, mailbox, and entry threshold. He and his team did an excellent job for us and we are extremely grateful and satisfied with what they did for our home. I would strongly recommend C Michael Exteriors to anyone that is considering having their home re-sided.
Brand new, in a Day!
We had an excellent experience with C. Michael Exteriors. From the first response to my email inquiry to the departure of the installation crew, every interaction was top-notch, prompt, professional, courteous, and responsive. And we are crazy for our new and improved, beautiful tub/shower. I really cannot recommend this company highly enough.
