VERY happy customer!!!!

I hired C Michael Exteriors to replace 11 windows in my house. My windows were in very bad shape and replacing them was long overdue. From the very beginning I knew that these guys were different. My Sales Consultant, Nick, was a consummate professional that was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He was incredibly transparent and took the time to understand my situation and came up with solutions rather than just a hard close. Nick was instrumental in lining up the best crew for my project and kept everything moving along smoothly. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, Gus, who really made me feel like I was part of the family. My windows came sooner than expected which was great to get them in before the extreme cold weather. The entire install team: Mason, Kyle, and Dennis were awesome!! They were all super down to earth, they were very respectful of my home and cleaned up after themselves in every room, and kept me informed at every step of the process. All of that was great, but the thing that really stood out to me was how much fun they were having while they were doing my project. That is a testament to a great company, when the employees have fun doing the work. I also hired them to install gutters and will hire them to do all of my other projects in the future. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had buying anything. Do yourself a favor, just hire C Michael Exteriors, you won’t regret it!!!
