I can't begin to tell you how grateful I am to you for making it financially possible for me to replace my 2 sliding glass doors and 2 windows. They were all the original doors and windows from construction in 1992 (27 yrs), they were heavy and the doors were beginning to show some signs of rot as were the window sills. Frank and I are so happy with the new windows we had installed by C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. From our first meeting of company representatives at the Home Show at Mohawk Valley Community College, Saturday, March 9, 2019 until the installation was complete, the experience was so positive! We purchased a new home and decided to replace the windows because the windows had not been replaced during the lifetime of the house. They were drafty, creaky and chipped. They had deteriorated so much that that they were not energy-efficient anymore. Our in-home meeting with C. Michael Exterior’s sales representative was the start of our journey with this company. The sales representative provided options for vinyl window replacement as well as bringing samples for color and style for so we could envision a new look to our home. It is our pleasure to submit this testimonial for the consultation and workmanship provided to us by C. Michael Exteriors. Our house is 25 years old and our wooden windows were showing signs of rotting wood. We were in the market for 6 new replacement windows and a new front door. We came upon C. Michael at the Home Show and made an appointment for them to come to our house for an estimate to replace our 6 windows and front door. Joe Palermo arrived on time and was very pleasant to consult with. Joe explained his product thoroughly showing us samples of the material used in their product. He honestly addressed all our concerns, especially our concern over switching from a bay window to a slider window and what the outcome would look like from the outside. We never felt rushed by Joe and were very satisfied with his presentation. On April 22, the supplies arrived and workers came the next morning to install the windows and door. My husband and I contracted with C. Michael Exteriors, Inc. to have new Dutch Lap siding, 3 windows, and front entry door installation this spring. Mike presented all of the options very well, and the installers did a very professional job. Everyone was courteous and answered all of our questions. Saved me from going crazy in a dark home but saved
Thank you so much for the work you have done to my house! Before the new windows I had very little natural light due to the small and only window in my entire living room. Now that the front window was expanded and the new window was installed over my front door I rarely have to turn on the lights! You not only saved me from going crazy in a dark home but saved me on my electric bill! My children’s windows also were so old and crank out type windows, I was so worried about them getting hurt on the knobs. The new windows take my worry away and are safer and 10x more beautiful then I expected!
