We got a Brand New Door!
Had a wonderful experience with Greg who came out to explore options and provide us with a quote based on our desires and needs. He was courteous, thoughtful and down to earth. He took the time to get to know us and we greatly appreciate that. Through the work with him and negotiating we are able to come to a very reasonable price that we agreed upon. I really look forward to finishing this review after they complete their work. What they showed us looked fantastic, the speed at which they promise to get the job down is phenomenal. Every conversation we've had has been wonderful, in person or over the phone and we are thankful for that. Right now it's a highly recommend and I hope to be able to say that still if they deliver on all promises. Come back for more later, pictures, full review and all. A few long months later and the job is done! The Pandemic created quite the wait for us and that part was tough but to no fault of the company. We did get multiple letters updating us and we appreciated it as much as it saddened us. When everything finally came in, we were able to set up a date for Chancy and team to do the job and they did an absolutely beautiful job with the door. Our old door set up some unique challenges and they navigated it like pros. Chancy was great about including me along the way about any multiple choice decisions that could be made, as a homeowner I greatly appreciate that inclusion in the process while not having to watch over them. We met this great company when we attended the home show at Turning Stone. They came and we discuss a lot of things and choose the windows that would work for our home. Unfortunately with the Covid-19 everything came to a halt. But on June 5th they were able to start working again. We have never met a nicer group of workers. They even went as far as helping Woody put the shades back up at the new windows. We had 18 windows removed and new ones installed. This group of guys started at 9 am and were finished and cleaned up by 3:30. When I say cleaned up I mean cleaned up there was not one speck of dirt or garbage anywhere. I can see clearly now
We recently had 14 windows replaced and are so happy with the results. Our old windows were all very hard to see out of due to Argon between the windows leaking out, now it is so nice to be able to look out of clear windows. The whole C.Michael's team was terrific from the salesman to the installers, who by the way installed 14 windows in 6 hours!! I will recommend C.Michael to everyone I talk to.

They did a great job doing my windows and were nice and fast-paced but did very well. They got here around 12:45 and left a little before 4:30. Everything was put in and caulked VERY WELL. Can't even tell the gaps where the old windows were. They were all nice. My old kitchen window was a pain but they got it and their were gaps and they stuck extra insulation in there and then continued to finish up the window. I had shelves in my kitchen window and it made indents where they were and they made strips to make fit in there I didn't think they would do that I was very pleased. I would definitely recommend these guys for any Reno's you are doing.
New Windows!
Your company put in new windows at my house at 67 Steel Street in Auburn NY a little over a month ago, we couldn't be happier with the work that was done. We've been in our house 10 years and this is the first time we've been able to open all our windows. The crew did an outstanding job and had all ten windows installed in 3 and a half hours.
