Very easy to work with in getting a picture window replaced. Everyone I was in contact with was friendly and professional. Good communication on job status and done at my convenience. The initial salesman and the crew leader on that day were very informative and helpful in explaining pricing, the warranty and in how the window works. The window looks great and is doing it’s job keeping the room warmer.
