Extremely Pleased
I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of my bathroom considering how much I wanted done (a jacuzzi and stand up shower replaced with a tub and new surround, a new floor and the position of my toilet replaced). The outcome is beautiful! The bonus was I worked with a really cool crew, great job.

Great company
My husband and I had windows, siding, gutters, and a few doors replaced. We were quoted one price and that was honored, no hidden pop-up charges. The crew’s leaders and the crew members were EXCELLENT with my family and our two, less than a year-old pups. Both my husband and I work from home and we have three teenagers that were remote learning at the time and crews that needed to enter the house were completely understanding (flexible) and worked around our needs. Best of all, they were friendly about it, we did not feel like they were just tolerating us. I found this refreshing compared to past experiences with having work done on the home. The crew that came to do the outside work, was here for over two weeks and they were FANTASTIC about not blocking me in or out of the driveway. Which, I was pleased with, because my work requires me to leave for a few hours at a time, a few times a week. Our driveway is long and on a steep hill, I know this was not easy for them, at times. We are incredibly happy with everything. It is important to get the job done well, which they did but having friendly and approachable crews made this experience great! Thank you everyone who came out. Our home is beautiful now!

I am writing to give a review of our bathroom remodel that was recently completed by your company. It started when I went to Home Advisor looking for remodelers for our bathroom. C Michael Exteriors was the top rated local company for this. I read some of your reviews and the Better Business Bureau information on your company. All was very well rated, so I called to inquire about getting an estimate. I was surprised to get a person on the line, as I also contacted 2 other companies with the same request and I got an answering machine. Your answering service took my information and stated someone would get back to me within 2 days. I got a callback the next day and scheduled an appointment for a couple days later. Bobby Fitzgerald was your sales representative that came out for the estimate. Bobby was very personable and willing to show us all the choices for materials and options. We decided to have C Michael Exteriors do this remodel for us and we signed the contract. We were told it would be 10 to 13 weeks due to the lead time from the factory as the product is custom ordered and produced. We were told an installer would be in within the next week to take measurements for the parts to be ordered. The installer was there to make measurements within 3 days. We actually got a call from C Michael Exteriors at the seven and a half week time-frame and the work was completed by around 9 weeks. We were surprised at the expediency of getting the materials. Absolutely Beautiful!
The guys were great, friendly, and professional! The siding and gutters on the house look gorgeous! They cleaned up after themselves daily. They came back after the snow melted to pick up anything that was missed. I'm getting tons of compliments and telling my friends who did the work! Thank you C Michael Exteriors!
Walk-in Shower
We had a functioning bathtub with shower. It was hard to get in and out of the tub with the high sides. It took one and a half days for Matt to make it into a beautiful walk-in shower that adds ease to our everyday life. Fits great into the extremely small room and makes it feel larger. I feel the shower greatly enhances our home and certainly makes my life safer. I couldn’t be happier with the materials or workmanship.

As you see in the after pictures, the remainder of the bathroom will be finished with a new toilet, vanity, mirror, floor and corner unit. I will send updated pictures in a few weeks. Don and Cam complimented each other very well. John was very knowledgeable with the electric for the new ceiling vent. We are very happy with the finished shower. I think that communication between John, Kevin and the contractor could be improved.. Don's understanding of the work that he had to do was not quite what my wife and I spent 2 1/2 hours with John reviewing Don was very understanding and his ability to be flexible made sure that my wife and I expectations that were created with John on January 2nd were met. I was grateful that during a year (2020) of troubled times, that C. Michael Exteriors was able to have a large custom window built and installed in my home. The salesman did a very thorough presentation exploring my many options, enabling me to order the most appropriate replacement. Amazing Bathroom
Good morning. Here is our before and after pictures. We have lived in our home for just over two years and the wood was rotting out by the shower due to moisture. We found your ad and got a quote from your company. We met with the salesman and picked what we wanted and the after pictures of our bathroom is amazing. It is like a total different bathroom.
