From our first encounter with your salesman, Joe Palermo to the installation by Chance and his crew we have been very pleased with their professionalism and quality of service provided through this process. First Joe came to our home and discussed the quality of the windows and showed us a sample window and explained how they would install them. He seemed very knowledgeable about the process. We asked a lot of questions and if he didn't know the answer he found it out quickly and let us know. Then Chance came and took measurements and placed the order. It took about 7 weeks from the time he took the measurements to have them installed. The installation went very smoothly. Chance and his crew of about 9 men came and removed and installed all 22 of our windows and front door, including sidelight in one day. They took away all old windows and door and cleaned up inside and outside before they left. The crew was friendly and polite. Any questions we had while they were installing the windows were answered in a respectful and informative manner. We did have an issue with the front door, but after some discussion and with quick attention to our concerns it was resolved to our satisfaction. The appearance of the house is amazing with all new windows, front door and sidelight. Great curb appeal! All in all, we highly recommend C. Michael Exteriors, Inc.
