We had a small problem with some caulk in our shower and it was addressed immediately! This is what you want in a company. A company that does not ignore calls or emails and in our case was there the next day. They made us feel comfortable with our concern and immediately remedy it. I’m so glad we choose them to install our beautiful new shower!

Tub to shower conversion
From getting estimate with Jeremy who explained everything . Helped us with with financing we could afford. Installation was phenomenal with Don Osborne and his crew . Showed up when he said he would . Only took 2 days for my bathroom remodel . Explained how new things operate in new shower and gave us suggestion on how to clean new shower . Would highly recommend to anyone.
Wonderful Company and people
I was a bit anxious because of past dealings with other companies but my experience with C Michael was great. They did everything they said they would plus kept us informed the whole time. Their people were polite and informative as to what they were doing and did we like what they showed us from time to time. They treated us like family and not just customers. And the cleanup was amazing. I hate to admit it but my house was cleaner after they finished than before they started. ;They also offered to help us put some things back since my husband has some mobility issues and no one does that these days. The windows and doors they installed look beautiful. My house hasn't looked this good in 40 years. I would recommend them highly to anyone thinking of replacing windows and doors, Thank you Mason and Dennis for all your concern about how we felt about the jog you did for us. You are wonderful young men.

Best ever
The crew run by Darrin arrived at the designated time and started right away gutting my bathroom. They were polite and informative through the entire time answering questions and making me feel secure with their knowledge. Instead of 5 days for completion it only took 2 1/2 with Darrin ensuring everything was to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone
Gorgeous job
The team arrived at my house at a bit before 8 AM and I went out for 1.5 hours when I came back, the old siding was off half of the house and the foam board was up! They really were efficient and the job was done with expertise! Thank you!
Amazing transformation
On the first day that the crew arrived, I went to the gym for 1.5 hours and came back and the old siding was off of most of the house and the styrofoam board was back up! They worked efficiently but work was well done! My neighbor came over and he said that. Having done this kind of work it was quality work! I am sooo please with the job and the clean up.
Walk-in-Shower
Don Osborne was the technician that installed our shower. We are very pleased. He was quick and efficient in removing the bathtub and making sure everything was up to snuff before installing the walk-in-shower. As he finished, the result was phenomenal!
