We love our new walk in shower.
C Michael exteriors removed the tub in our basement bathroom and replaced it by installing a walk-in shower. We were apprehensive as to how the prefabricated walls of the shower would look but we were pleasantly surprised. Josh, the contractor was professional and knowledgeable. He communicated well and got the job done quickly and diligently. The walk-in shower looks great!

We got about five windows replaced by C Michael exteriors and they did a good job. The windows are of good quality and the contractor was professional, communicated well, and got the job done quickly and well. We are happy about choosing them.

After my wife and I bought our new home, we knew that one of our top priorities was replacing the original wooden windows from when the house was built in the 1970s, something we felt was going to be a daunting undertaking. Fortunately, we heard about C. Michael Exteriors through a friend and to our relief, they made the whole process a breeze. Their initial representative that we met, Gary, was a pleasure to work with: polite, knowledgeable about the company and product, and very thorough. He gave us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision and was in no way forceful. Later on, the foreman for the installation crew, Chansey, came to measure each window and worked quickly and efficiently. In the time between measurement and installation, we had a few interactions with C. Michael staff in the office via telephone and they were always very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Our house is an older country house with a lot of it's original structures. This includes the original wooden frame, single glass pane windows. The amount of heat we've lost thru these windows each year is incalculable. My wife and I decided it was finally time to take the plunge and start shopping for new windows. True Customer Service and Professionalism
We shopped around and decided to go with C. Micheals Exteriors because of the professionalism and friendliness of the sales person and phone support. We had a new roof and siding installed. The crew work well and the roof and siding turned out wonderful. However, the window trim was not done to my expectations. The crew was attempting to rewrap the windows and ran out of material. I had waited approximately 1 month and called to get the status as to when they could finish. They informed me that the crew that had worked on my house was no longer employed with them. This is when the true customer service and professionalism showed. The gentlemen they sent down was Mason. He looked at what he needed to finish and took a few pictures of the previous work and said he would be back the following week to finish the trim. He was not impressed with the quality of the work completed. When he came back he redid the trim on all of the windows and it looks so much nicer. Mason went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed to my expectation and C Michael's quality standards. New Kitchen Window
From a set of kitchen windows original to my house to a new slider window. I can finally see out my kitchen window. The room seems warmer already, the salesman went above and beyond and the installation team did a great job ??. I would highly recommend this company. I wish you could see the difference …. Replacement of all windows
C. Michaels exteriors did a great job replacing all of my exterior windows around my entire house in one day! The old windows were double hung single pane with wooden frames. They were replaced with new double and triple-pane windows. It took their crew half a day to replace all of the windows and did an excellent job letting me know how the windows worked. Additionally, they did a second walk through to ensure there were no nails or sharp construction materials that our dogs would have gotten cut on. I would highly recommend using this company for your window replacements
