I had a wonderful, easy in and out shower this morning in my custom C.Michael’s walk-in shower. Don and Anthony were here on time and had everything completed except the doors at the end of the day. These two gents were very pleasant and sure knew how to make a very attractive bathroom. I love all the finishes. Speaking of finish, they do a great clean up job.

love the new windows, didn't realize how bad the mold was on my old windows untill the 1st night didn't need to take my sinus meds slept great, no wind whistling through the windows either. LOVE IT

We recently had a bathroom remodeled with this reputable company and because of such a positive experience with Daren and crew we chose them to have windows installed as well. Again we were very pleased with the professional service. Throughout the process, I had the opportunity to speak with the owner Gus. It is evident the employees/contractors are treated well and with respect. The work they provide certainly reflects that. Pleased with new windows
I would like to take this time to thank all of the employees at C. Michael Exteriors. When Gary came to our home to sell us on the windows, he explained everything about the windows and answered all of our questions. When Chansey and his team came to our home to install the windows they were on time. The team was very polite and knowledgeable of the job. They cleaned up so well you would never know they were here. We are so pleased with our new windows our heat bill is lower no more wind coming throw the windows and a lot less of icicles hanging from the eaves so happy I will be telling all of our family and friends about the great job done by all at C. Michael Exteriors.
6 windows replaced
I recently had 6 windows replaced by your company. I wanted to take a moment to commend your crew and their leader Chance for a fine job. So many times with construction crews there is quite a bit of foul language tossed about. Not so with your crew. They were all totally professional and respectful. I really appreciated that. The job was completed in a timely manner. The cleanup was wonderful... no trash left behind. The young man that explained the warranty and how to operate the windows did an excellent job. Chance did a wonderful job keeping everything moving smoothly. He has a great connection with his crew and very proud of the work they do and your company. He surely is a great asset to your company. Beautiful new windows!
I had the pleasure the other day of being able to open windows to a lovely, breezy October day, windows I could never open before. The new windows are beautiful and I am sure they will also be helpful keeping the heat in this winter. I am delighted. The installer was very knowledgeable and competent and did an excellent job on a house that always makes any installer mumble, at least once, "why did they do this?". I have received multiple "Your new windows look great" comments already. Thank you all again for your help over these trying COVID times.
Bathroom Remodel
Very satisfied with my bathroom remodeling job. Thought the remodelers, Don Osborne and Anthony were true professional installers. They were very meticulous, and I would recommend this service to anyone in my community. Initially I was worried a bit, and wondered if I had done the right thing, especially since I live in the Binghamton area of NY, quite a few miles from Syracuse. But once I met the installers, all my self-doubts disappeared. Thanks again for a job very well done.

Best People Ever!
My husband was diagnosed with dementia 4 years ago and I have had to remodel my home to accommodate his needs. C. Michael helped me with this. Matt took the time to explore with me the specific items that I would need to ensure that his safety needs would be met. Matt installed a beautiful shower off of my husband's bedroom. The shower is amazing! Don and his crew installed the main bathroom for me. Their expertise is reflective in the end product. It is beautiful. Every one of the individuals who worked on my bathroom installs were kind and respectful. They took the time to know me and listen to my individual needs. I would highly recommend C. Professional and efficient
Very easy to work with in getting a picture window replaced. Everyone I was in contact with was friendly and professional. Good communication on job status and done at my convenience. The initial salesman and the crew leader on that day were very informative and helpful in explaining pricing, the warranty and in how the window works. The window looks great and is doing it’s job keeping the room warmer.
