After my wife and I bought our new home, we knew that one of our top priorities was replacing the original wooden windows from when the house was built in the 1970s, something we felt was going to be a daunting undertaking. Fortunately, we heard about C. Michael Exteriors through a friend and to our relief, they made the whole process a breeze. Their initial representative that we met, Gary, was a pleasure to work with: polite, knowledgeable about the company and product, and very thorough. He gave us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision and was in no way forceful. Later on, the foreman for the installation crew, Chansey, came to measure each window and worked quickly and efficiently. In the time between measurement and installation, we had a few interactions with C. Michael staff in the office via telephone and they were always very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Finally, on installation day, Chansey and his crew arrived punctually and made quick work of the install. They were done within a couple hours, finishing sooner than anticipated.
