C. Michael Exteriors is hiring Door-to-Door Marketing Representatives to engage homeowners, promote our industry-leading windows, doors, siding, and bathroom remodeling services, and schedule free consultations—no selling required!

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.
• Schedule free in-home consultations—we handle the selling!
• Work in protected territories with high homeowner interest.
• Track and report interactions to maximize efficiency.
• Work in all weather conditions (rain or shine).
• Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training to improve performance and earnings.

• No Experience Needed! We provide full training to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle – You’ll be driving to assigned neighborhoods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Outgoing & confident personality – You enjoy talking to people.
• Self-motivated & goal-oriented – The harder you work, the more you earn!
• Must be 18+
